And you said that think of American schools as freer; is this because you think your own school is strict?

Hi, I'm an American. It is okay for girls to wear makeup and earrings. In fact, many girls get their ears pierced when they are only ten months old! It is also okay for students to date, as long as their parents are okay with it.
